the way I cope with my insecurities is by studying 🙏 (I just enjoy learning)
- First Year @ CMU SCS | See my course reviews
- Executive Board Member for Carnegie AI Safety Initiative (CASI), Co-running intro technical AI Safety reading groups and working on initiatives to engage the public on AI threats and AI regulation.

Research Interests:
Long Term: Most interested in developing methods to gain a “foundational understanding of AI” and using that insight for AI safety and safety-adjacent topics. I’m also broadly interested in forecasting the future (of AI and society) and strategizing to achieve the most equitable futures.
Short Term: Currently exploring Causality and Interpretability (Spec, the intersection of Causal Representation Learning and Mechanistic Interpretability).
Personal Bio:
Interested in pursing a career in academia as a professor as of now. Outside of academics I like working out, music, and learning ab random things. I think i’ll make a music and reading page during a summer maybe!
